Processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume releases, holidays, or when an order needs additional review.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Address changes

If you entered an incorrect address, contact support@rebrandedstudios.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Delayed or missing packages

Check the carrier tracking page first. If tracking has not updated or the package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier, then send your order number and tracking details through our contact page.
